## 2. SHIPPING POLICY

**Where we ship**

Thalvero currently ships within the United States only. We are not able to accept orders with international shipping addresses at this time.

**Shipping cost**

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase required.

**Processing time**

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

**Delivery time**

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the date your order ships. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume can extend delivery times.

Processing time and delivery time are separate. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 6–11 business days.

**Tracking**

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking information can take 1–3 business days to begin updating after you receive it. This is normal and does not mean your order is lost.

**Incorrect addresses**

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we will arrange a reshipment or refund.

**Lost or delayed packages**

If your tracking shows no movement for 14 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact Kannenmarshall@gmail.com and we will make it right.
