How do I use it?

How often should I use it?
Follow the frequency in the instructions included with your pen, and do not use it more often than they recommend. If you notice sensitivity or gum irritation, take a break and check with your dentist.
What results should I expect?
It is a cosmetic whitening pen designed to help brighten surface stains, like those from coffee, tea, and wine, with consistent use. It is not a professional whitening treatment. Results vary from person to person depending on your starting shade, the type of staining, and how consistently you use it. Whitening products do not change the color of crowns, fillings, veneers, or other dental work.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order. Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. We work with an overseas fulfillment partner, which is how we keep shipping free, and we would rather tell you the timeline up front. You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Is it suitable for sensitive teeth?
Whitening products can cause temporary sensitivity or gum irritation for some people. If you have sensitive teeth, gum disease, or existing dental work, check with your dentist before using it, and stop using it if you notice discomfort.
How should I store it?
Keep the cap on when you are not using it and store it at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat (for example, do not leave it in a hot car). Keep it out of reach of children, and follow any storage directions on the packaging.
What is your return and refund policy?
If your pen arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will refund you in full, usually with no need to send it back. If your order never arrives, we will refund or reship, your choice. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened pens for a change of mind, but if yours is unopened and unused, contact us within 30 days.
